Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation of order

Cancellations are allowed without any questions asked, with a full reversal of the amount paid by the customer. However, cancellation is only allowed until the product has not been shipped from our warehouse.

2. Return of product

Returns are acceptable with replacement of the product or full reversal of the amount paid, within 7 days of receipt of the product. Returns are limited to the following cases:

Case 1 — Damaged or defective product

If upon delivery you find the product is damaged or defective, immediately notify our Customer Care team at +91 70870 25504 or support@annukamalife.com. We will refund or send a replacement product depending on your preference after necessary verification.

The complete contents of your shipment along with original packing must be returned. Products must be in sealed/unopened condition.

Case 2 — Wrong product dispatched

If upon delivery you discover that a different product has been dispatched, immediately notify our Customer Care team at +91 70870 25504 or support@annukamalife.com. We will refund or send the correct replacement product depending on your preference.

The complete contents of your shipment along with original packing must be returned. Products must be in sealed/unopened condition.

3. Refund of payment

  • We will initiate your refund within 4 working days of our confirmation
  • It may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank or credit card statement
  • This timeline involves inter-bank refund procedures which are outside our control
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

4. Non-returnable conditions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Refusal of the receiver to accept the delivery
  • Change of mind after the product has been shipped

5. Compliance with laws

The buyer agrees that all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, regulations, orders and requirements, as they may be amended from time to time — including those of India and jurisdictions in which Seller and Buyer are established — will apply to their receipt and use of goods. This includes requirements of any applicable licenses, authorizations, or license exceptions.

6. Jurisdiction

This policy shall in all respects be construed in accordance with the laws of India. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it shall be without regard to any conflict of laws or rules which might apply the laws of any other jurisdiction. All disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
