Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Delivery timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location
  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is shipped
  • Annukama Life is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

4. Order cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before the item is dispatched from our warehouse
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

5. Returns & exchanges

5.1 Return conditions

  • Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept product returns or exchanges
  • Products once opened or used cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • If the item received is damaged or defective, the customer must notify Annukama Life within 48 hours of receipt with photographic or video proof
  • If the complaint is found genuine, a replacement of the same product will be arranged

5.2 Non-returnable cases

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Refusal of the receiver to accept the delivery
  • Duplicate order placed by the customer without any technical issue
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

6. Refund policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of confirmed damaged or defective product received from our end
  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
  • No refund will be issued for change-of-mind or incorrect product selection by the customer
